The Health Kitchen features a dynamic, weekly changing menu to ensure you enjoy a new variety of fresh salads every day. To help you plan your meals, we publish a monthly salad subscription schedule on our website. This rotating menu is designed by nutritionists to provide a balanced intake of macro and micronutrients throughout the month. You can explore the upcoming options on our Salad Menu page.
Our menus are carefully curated by nutritionists to be balanced. While we have a fixed daily menu to ensure freshness at scale, our salads are naturally high in fiber and lean protein. If you have a specific allergy (e.g., nuts or dairy), please Contact Us before subscribing so we can advise you better.
To enjoy the maximum nutritional benefits and crispness, we recommend consuming your salad within 2–3 hours of delivery. However, if refrigerated immediately, they stay fresh for up to 6–8 hours. All our bowls are prepared fresh daily to maintain high quality.
Delivery & Logistics
We provide free doorstep delivery across the entire Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad (PCMC) regions. Whether you are in Hinjewadi, Baner, Kothrud, or Viman Nagar, our salads reach every nook and corner of the city. No, we offer 100% free delivery to your home or office. The price you see for your salad subscription is the final price you pay, with no hidden shipping or handling fees.
To ensure maximum freshness, we prepare our salads twice daily: Lunch Delivery: Between 10:00 AM and 1:30 PM. Dinner Delivery: Between 6:00 PM and 8:30 PM.
Currently, we deliver from Monday to Friday. We do not offer deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays. This schedule aligns with most professional routines and allows our team to source the freshest ingredients for the upcoming week.
Subscription & Payments
We offer secure online payment via the RazorPay gateway. You can pay using: UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Net Banking. All Subscription Plans can be purchased securely through our website.
Managing your health goals is easy with our Subscription Management Portal. You can set 'Holiday' dates to pause delivery, renew your existing plan, or check your remaining days. Simply log in or use the Manage Subscription section to update your preferences.
Yes! If you are moving within Pune or PCMC, you can update your delivery address through our subscription management form. Please ensure updates are made 24 hours in advance to avoid any delivery lapses. You can manage this in your Subscription Dashboard.
